Ionic composition: Sulphurous, bicarbonated, sodium
Slightly mineralized water with an alkaline and ionic reaction. It presents a total mineralization of 381 mg/l, conductivity of approximately 485 μScm-1 and a pH of 8.03, with an emergency temperature at around 47 °.

É um projeto que nasce do esforço e dedicação de uma família, cujo principal objetivo visa a produção de vinhos de excelência.
A cobertura reúne circulações pedonais de acesso ao museu e faixas destinadas a estacionamento de veículos, dois elevadores e uma escada.
Num planalto, rodeada de montanhas verdes e com o rio Douro ao fundo, este é um local de rara beleza que é um encanto para os sentidos.
As origens do castelo medieval recuam a 1286, altura em que D. Dinis passou carta de foral à localidade, a cerca de 840 metros de altitude.
Classificado como Monumento Nacional, os trabalhos de conservação permitiram que subsistam partes das muralhas e da Torre.
As campanhas arqueológicas revelaram um povoamento neolítico com sete mil anos e permitiram descobrir uma aldeia romana.
Esta Aldeia Histórica, num cenário que revela uma das relíquias vivas da ancestralidade portuguesa, transporta o visitante às raízes mais profundas.
Foi terra de fronteira, palco de diversas lutas e batalhas marcantes para a formação e independência do reino.
Durante mais de 600 anos, foi vila e sede de concelho. Em vários momentos da história, os seus habitantes destacaram-se pela sua coragem e lealdade.
O seu Castelo, erguido no século XI a quase mil metros de altitude, é um exemplo único de arquitetura militar e singular pela sua forma triangular.
